Welcome to Miller Public School.
Students at our school are the centre of our learning community and staff work collaboratively with parents and our extended school community to ensure the individual needs of every student are met. Wellbeing, evidence-based teaching practices and data driven programming underpin all pedagogy in a safe, caring and supportive environment. Key school initiatives in Literacy and Numeracy ensure every student has the opportunity to become their best self.
Miller Public School is unique with ten mainstream classes and seven classes for students with special needs. Inclusivity underpins all school practices with appropriate opportunities for integration across most curriculum areas, sport, excursions and assemblies. Our staff work together to embrace the unique cultures, heritage and learning needs of all students.
Miller students and staff are valued members of our local network of schools and participation in programs including the Western Liverpool Performing Arts Festival, 2168 Children’s Parliament, School Ambassador and PSSA are just some examples of how our students engage with the curriculum beyond our school setting.
